naaa i disagree XY character progression is great its an long long serious that is a coming of age hero arch driven story its not a OP MC being OP because friendship or what ever i like how supporting characters do update us that he has grown much in just 2 years witch should be supper hard in there cultivation world to do in that short time other wise there will be a ton more people that are on his Master and above lvls while there are just a hand full of those power lvls characters in there whole world because its not easy at all to achieve. Now if were talking about an actually useless MC A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality has exactly that the power lvl scaling in that garbage show is so bad i dropped it after the first introduction ark because it was supper all over the place especially when i compare it to this one
